Terms and Conditions (AGB)


1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses within the European Union, particularly Austria.

2. Contract Conclusion

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT in accordance with Austrian law.

Payment can be made via accepted methods such as credit card or other available options displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Austria and other EU countries where specified.

Delivery times are indicated on the product page and are non-binding unless explicitly agreed.

Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, according to §18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh or frozen food)

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of frozen and temperature-sensitive goods, strict return conditions apply:

  • No returns are accepted for frozen products once delivered, except in cases of verified defects or incorrect delivery.

  • Frozen goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal under §18 FAGG as perishable goods.

  • Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any issues (e.g. damaged packaging, thawed products, or incorrect items) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photo evidence.

  • Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

If a claim is approved, we reserve the right to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 days.

7. Product Information (Food Products)

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions.

For food products:

  • Please check ingredient lists for allergens before consumption.

  • Storage instructions must be followed as indicated on packaging.

  • Best-before dates (MHD) are stated where applicable.

8. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

Product liability remains unaffected.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
